Whether you stay one night or a whole week you are welcome to enjoy all our facilities and relax after a day full of activities.
At Cania Gorge Tourist Retreat we are very particular about providing clean, useful and modern facilities that’ll help you enjoying your (short) vacation. After a long trip or walk you want to chill, refresh yourself or just take a rest.
Our swimming pool is an absolute delight on a hot day. Just the thing to cool off and enjoy yourself.
We are very particular about providing very clean, modern amenities because we realise that this is very important to you. The showers are hot and have good water pressure.
Disabled Amenities: This is very spacious and spotlessly clean providing all the modern facilities that you will require.
Our washing machines and dryer are clean and well maintained and a pleasure to use. We also have clothes lines outside where you can dry your clothes in the fresh air.
We stock all essential grocery supplies, including fresh milk and bread, meat, eggs, and many other things that you may have forgotten to bring. We sell ice creams, drinks, chips etc.
This is a log cabin style building with beautiful timber benches all round to give you plenty of space to prepare your meals. It has all mod cons for your convenience, 4 plate electric stove with fan forced oven, gas barbeques, large refrigerator, electric jugs and toasters, pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery, all for your convenience. Also tables and chairs if you wish to dine with friends here.
Yes, pets are welcome at our retreat, but there are few simple rules. They have to stay on a leash on our park and are not allowed inside any of the buildings (including cabins!) or pool area and National Park’s policy does not allow pets to enter any National Park. Just to make sure you stick to the rules, we ask you to check them in at arrival and pay a pet “bond” (which will be refunded at departure).
